Terms

Payment

• A deposit of 20% is required to reserve course seats.
• The balance of the full payment is required before the start of the course.
• An interest free payment schedule may be available upon request.

Guarantee

• We offer a 100% money back guarantee.
• This is evaluated per course seat not total contract value.
• If we fail to deliver the course to our high standards we will honour this offer.
• If the failure is the responsibility of a participant the offer will be void.

Cancellation

• Venue refreshment costs may be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given.
• If cancellation occurs within 28 days of course start date then we will retain your deposit.
• If a course place is cancelled within 14 days we will charge 50% of the course place.
• If a course place is cancelled within 7 days we will charge 100% of the course place.

These terms are applicable to all bookings and do not require a signed agreement to be valid.
